Do not purchase from this company or its products. I purchased a vacuum from one of its distributors and stocked up on bags for the model. The bags were purchased directly from Emer. After receiving the bags, but before the vacuum shipped, (it still hadn't by the time the bags arrived, and so, I canceled the order), I found out that the model had been discontinued for quite awhile! I obtained a RAN # from Emer and paid $16.03 to insure it through USPS for return of the bags and a full refund of $109.00. I have not heard anything from them and it has been 2 months. I will now be able to file a claim with USPS, since it was tracked, (although it strangely disappeared in the mail, almost exactly when it should have arrived at Emer's doorstep across the country) and insured. Unfortunately, when you insure with USPS, be prepared to receive much less back and a long wait. We will still be out around $75.00. Emer has not tried to contact us. A vacuum is something which should not be purchased online, imo. None of the vacuum stores and repair shops had even heard of Emer, when we purchased a new machine 2 months ago.

I agree with the first reviewer. We built a new home 2 years ago. The floors are very fragile and are a dark wood. It seemed that everything scratched the surface of the wood and I searched tirelessly for a vac that would not scratch the floor. Ever was the answer! I have the Donatello model and just love it. Light weight and the pivot action allows you to get into all the corners very easily. I would be lost without this. I have a Dyson for heavy duty action, but it would tear up our hardwood floors.

These bags are worth the price. I removed the carpet from my home and installed darkly stained hardwood floors. I quickly learned that my vacuum, which I've loved for years, would not be the best way to clean/maintain my new hardwood floors. So, I started to research. Do you know how hard it is to find a GOOD vacuum cleaner WITHOUT a beater brush and that is designed NOT to scratch floors? Let me tell you, it's hard! These vacuum bags work perfectly for my Rafaello Donatello vacuum cleaner. I can only recommend this style and brand! It's light weight and it works flawlessly.

Hot water in my flask doesn't stay hot enough for a whole day out, and this is a good way to bring my tea or coffee up to temperature. I haven't tried heating water from cold it is always at least warm when I start. It takes several minutes and the wait can be a bit tedious, but it does a good job. The clip which is supposed to hold the heater onto the side of the mug doesn't (it flops about), so I have to hold it to keep it properly immersed. It cools off quickly and is reasonably easy to clean with a small brush.

This is a good product. I use it in a stainless coffee mug in the car. Sometimes the cigarette lighter plug on the Road Pro will melt if you leave it on too long. Radio shack part number 270-1521 is a much more robust plug. I just crunch the old plug up and cut the metal tabs with the wires soldered to them from the original plug and put them in the holes in the Radio Shack heavy duty plug and it is fixed and lasts forever. I leave the LED connected and it indicates when it is plugged in.

Great gadget. Much better than the plug in mugs that fail quickly.

I purchased this item as a gift for my son. He is an over the road truck driver and I thought this would be nice so he could make coffee of a morning. He used it twice and it burned out. It may be that it was just a defective product, but on the other hand at a cost of about $12, it is not worth taking the chance. I would have returned the product, but it may be months before I see him again, and he had already discarded the packaging. My loss could be your gain. Don't buy!

I bought this item to heat water so that I could keep hot coffee during a 5-day cross-country road trip. (Without having to pull over to purchase it...) The product specifications indicates that the so-called "metal" clip would attach neatly to most "CERAMIC" coffee cups. Firstly, the "metal clip" is NOT METAL but some type of hard plastic. I chose a ceramic cup with the narrowest rim to be sure it would accomodate the space allowed for the clip to engage. However, as soon as I placed the clip on the rim of the my cup, the clip snapped off! (With little or NO pressure!!)

I just finished the trip on Saturday Sept. 4th and any hot coffee during my trip was purchased from various vendors enroute so I wasted $16.98 on the item and shipping cost. WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP!

Although the other reviews were not promising I gave it a chance. Wrong! The heater was in pieces on arrival, the tip was unscrewed. I put it back together, used it once and the tip melted. I had used the 110v units years ago and although they didn't last very long, I decided to give this a chance, as I work from a vehicle. Don't waste your time or money.

Our fireplace is wood-burning/propane. We can't use wood due to allergies and found out that the propane was not properly run so that left us with an unusable fireplace due to its small and odd shape. We found this insert and purchased it hoping that our measurement were correct. It fits well, is lovely to look at, and does a very good heating the room. Very happy with our purchase.

After going through the specs, I felt that this insert would work with my new Equinox 18MM3207-M250 stand that I got at a great price. I received it quickly and it went right in with no problems at all and works like a champ. I can hear a slight buzz without the heat being on and it gets a bit louder with the heat. But overall I am very happy with this choice and glad that I got it. I hope it will give us many years of service. It certainly makes an already great piece of furniture even better.

I bought this fireplace insert for a remodel job in our basement. After reading the reviews we decided to go with this model, and so far I'm really impressed with it. I still need to build the fireplace/mantel, and after that's done this unit should just slide right it. I took it out of the box, sat it on the counter, plugged it in, and in about 5 seconds we had instant flame and heat. The flames/embers look realistic for an electric fireplace, and this unit appears to be as realistic as another unit we bought a few years ago for about 6 times the price. For the money, this appears to be an excellent unit.

MY HOUSE IS less than 2000 sq ft. 4 yrs ago my central A/C WENT OUT 3 MONTHS OUT OF WARRANTY. So could not afford to buy new one at 5 grand, thought I'd be smart & install window units & close of rooms not in use. Last summer lived in one room, still having electric bill in the hundreds, I said to myself can't do this another yr. WELL this unit has changed & saved my life, who would have thought 1.5 ton unit would cool my whole house down so much! It was painless install too, the hardest part to INSTALL IS ELECTRIC had to run 230/240 over put in A/C fuse box close to the outside unit,then uncoiling the copper tubing one small one larger, is the most difficult thing, as it is aways the opposite(to uncoil) of what one wants to do as far as uncoiling the copper tubing, so pay attention to that otherwise its all very easy!

HOW DOES IT WORK? Its AWESOME, can cool my whole house down. ( I collect the water to water my orchids) Get 5-7 gallons a day of fresh water, that really blows me away. My electric bill has gone down alot, last month paid $120. where as last yr it was $300 for 1 room. Another great feature on the unit is the little air deflector, it moves up & down causing the breeze to change helping to disperse the coolness, this unit is so nice I had to have an AIR CONDITIONER party for it, everyone was amazed. My friends are jealous & one was angry that I did not tell him sooner, hell I didn't know 'she' (call everything good a 'she')was going to be so great, its my second love especially after working outside in the heat all day & come home to a dry cool house, wow! For under a grand after spend a small fortune on window units, this unit is very inexpensive, I say its the best deal in here! Don't hesitate just buy it you will be amazed like I was. You do need a vacuum dryer to help suck the lines dry, otherwise you don't need an installer. You can get most airconditioner guys to do this for $50 to 100 bucks well worth it, your unit will last longer & run great.

It's 105 out now just got this unit installed before the heat wave hit in my one room apartment. HVAC guy took about 6 hrs to install and it works great. Cost me a total of $1,500 compared to a quote of $4,000 from the local H/C Shop. It is a little more than "whisper quiet" but who cares I am very happy. Will report back on energy usage.

The AC Unit did not work initially after installation. The HVAC contractor who installed the unit for me had to work on the unit several times over a two week period to find out what the problem was. Once he determned what was wrong with the unit the fix was easy. The unit now runs but does not seem to pull all the mooister out of the room as other units do.

Alhough the price was good on this AC unit, if I can't find someone to get it working right then the savings were not worth the problems.

It cools wonderfully and is quiet enough; however, from time to time water pours out into my floor. HVAC installer say it is faulty construction of the unit and is refusing to accept customer service recommendation to check if the drain hose slants downward. Still wondering is the unit or the installer?

I used this tape to tidy up the installation of an Owens Corning Garage Door Insulation Kit (also sold on Amazon INSULATION GARAGE DOOR). This tape is the exact same stuff that came in the Owens Corning kit.

This is very, very sticky! It has a peel-off backing.

This is vinyl tape if you don't know what that means, think blow-up pool toys.

Made in USA.

As of July 2011, this is the same product as that sold by McMaster-Carr as item no. 77375A82 (they call it "Embossed Vinyl Insulation Tape; Highly conformable, this tape also has a pebbly, embossed surface that matches the surface of insulation. Thin yet strong, it's shrink-resistant, making it ideal for repairing insulation and water heater blankets. Tape has an acrylic adhesive. Temperature range is -25° to +260° F; apply at +10° to +100° F. Supplied on a cardboard spool.") However, I can't really say that the surface is "pebbly." McMaster also sells it in black.

Looked around for this tape locally and was astonished at the price, so checked out online and opted to go through Amazon. The tape was used for repairing the vinyl vapor barrier/insulation on our basement walls prior to our basement finishing project this summer and both the flexibility and adhesion properties are superior. The tape arrived within a couple days of order, so both the merchant and product are on top of their game.

I had some white vinyl faced insulation for a garage door and needed some extra tape to tape the joints. This was easy to apply and did the trick. Plenty sticky and seems pretty strong, although I didn't need it for its strength.

I ordered this kettle specifically to avoid heating up water in plastic. However, this kettle emitted a foul chemical odor that also transferred to the water. I boiled it a few times plus tried the water/vinegar suggestion in the brochure but nothing seemed to help. I decided that I didn't want to take the risk of drinking these unknown chemicals so I'm returning it it's not worth the risk. I can't figure out if it's coming from the "stainless steel" bulb (that feels like plastic to me if you tap on it) that covers the heating element or the plastic seal between the glass & the bulb. Plus the lid has a stong odor too & that is plastic covered in "stainless steel".

I had mine for about 8 months and then the handle fell off while I was pouring a full kettle of boiling water into a teapot. I was lucky not to be badly burned. The handle is held to the lid with two small screws that are screwed into plastic. It looks cool, and maybe mine was somehow defective, but watch out (especially if you have small kids who might be in the way of the boiling flood).

My biggest rave is the Amazon.com customer service. I fell in love with the look of this kettle and found the best price on Amazon.com (with free shipping!) When it arrived, it only worked if the kettle was oriented one way on the base -when it boiled, the water dribbled on the cord. Called Capresso Cust Svc -1st person said, it's supposed to do that. After another week, it got worse. Capresso would replace it if I paid it's shipping back to them. Called Amazon.com, got another in the mail days later, post-paid shipping back the first one to them. Wow! This kettle works just fine. Very rapid boiling of water, no complaints about anything. To keep the glass and that silver dome shiny, you do need to do the vinegar thing every now and again. Couldn't be happier.

I bought this kettle because I loved the glass carafe and that I could see the contents of the kettle and I really liked the overall design. But I was completely disgusted with the results!

I always use filtered water for cooking and drinking because I am quite sensative to tastes and odors in my water. The filtered water I put in this kettle tasted FINE, but after the boiling routine was complete, the water smelled and tasted like a swimming pool. I took a sip of tea I made from this kettle and spit it across the room (a la Kramer)! The most foul chemical smell and taste I have ever known. I cannot believe that anyone else using this kettle, or in fact the manufacturer, would not notice it. I washed the kettle with soap and emptied it after each use, but even after a week, the same foul contamination was occuring as a result of heating the water in this kettle. If I left a small amount of water in the kettle for even an hour, I could watch a thick chemical buildup forming on the chrome heating dome that I could wipe off with my finger, like a BAD science project.

I don't know what is wrong with this thing, but it is truly scary. I am warning all consumers to stay away from this chemical hazzard producer and find another way to heat your water!

Note: If you want to better understand the problem, walk into any Bed Bath & Beyond or Linens & Things store and sniff the inside of the carafe they have on display. There is clearly something wrong with the materials used in the manufacturing of this item. It CAN'T be safe.

Have had this for a month now and it works great. Heats fast, the level lines are nice ( not hard to see for me ), no dripping problems. But the silcone gasket around the heating element is still imparting a bit of an off taste and releases a plasticky smell. It's gotten a bit better but I still don't like it. The 'chrome' appears to be chromed plastic, didn't see that mentioned in description or reviews.

After talking to InnoMax the new heaters don't heat like the old ones like I used to have. They just maintain temp. They recommend getting a second heater if you have a lot of fiber pads in the bed as I do. Should work ok for summer then we will see.

They were not aware of any heaters that heat any better. Hey I am saving energy!

We actually had to turn the heating element down; it warmed so efficiently. You might need two on a larger waterbed, but we have an oversize single and it is more than adequate.

Bought 4 of these units to go with 4 Broan wall heaters and the timers are perfect for it. 1 timer the screw holes that hold the cover in place were not tapped is my only complaint. Mine did NOT come with the outer cover, just the inner cover with the timer marks.
