Worked first time. Installed easily. Natural Gas version. One person can lift and place on the wall. Not that heavy. Has a center slotted hanging point then multiple points to secure top and bottom.

Amazon shipped quickly. UPS delivered on time. 2 days.

Need: 1) 120v AC source. 1)3/4" Gas connection. 3/4" water connections.

I removed the sheet rock and installed a plywood back for mounting. Cost of change over: $300. Those fittings, flex hoses, and vent are expensive from Home Depot. They don't have the 3 X 5 heater vent pipes. 3" works fine. Did the install myself.

Will go to 140 deg must must read directions to set it. Nice to have the remote control. Will work with more than one remote. So you can set the temperature for what use. Very small, in relation to a tank. Cannot tell the difference between a tank an the tankless. I use one for the whole house.

This unit started out great and then after one year started throwing error codes. I found out that " normal" maintenance on this thing is going to cost me an extra $200 $500 each year! According to Rheem (manufactuer of Richmond products) I need to have a Plumber come out twice a year and descale the unit and then about every year to year and a half I need to have it completely disassembled and the burners and ignightors cleaned. What a deal this thing turned out to be!

Customer service said I could do it myself and sent me the 12 page instruction sheet for the cleaning of the burners. It involves removing the gas manifolds, control board, burner box, several gas lines, and then reassemble. It requires the removal of at least 50 different screws in very tight places. I am fairly handy at fixing thing and they told me it would take less than a hour. It took me 5! Only to find out the problem was in the control board.

I previously owned a Takagi tankless hot water heater, which is amongst the best one can own. But, this unit most definately blows away the Takagi, and most other units. Installation is simple. The unit requires only a very low flow to start the heater which is super nice. It runs incredible quiet. It is a very small and compact unit, and, best of all, it will save you a ton of money. Rheem also makes an even higher efficiency unit, if you are interested. The construction of this unit is excellent. I highly recommend it.

(BTW... I wouldn't pay too much attention to the reviewer who only gave the unit one star. If these units didn't work (as the reviewer said), then Rheem wouldn't sell them. I would imagine that the one star reviewer was probably a one star installer and that the unit they purchased was just fine. Otherwise, Rheem wouldn't have sent it back to Amazon.)

This was without a doubt, one of the worsy purchases that I have EVER made! Arrived defective and the manufacturer, Rheem, could not have cared less. They refused to replace the bad unit and kept sending plumbers out to touble shoot and fix. After the third plumber, I packed it up and sent it back to Amazon.Amazon was great! they took care of my out of pocket expenses and made me "whole". I will NEVER buy another Rheem product.

The Rheem 8.4GPM tankless hot water heater has a design flaw. Internal to the unit is an observation window used for determining if the burner is working properly. This window has a piece of glass which can fall out, allowing heat from the burner to damage internal components, rendering the unit inoperable. Unfortunately, Rheem will not cover the cost of this failure as they will most likely look for ways to classify the failure as "incorrect installation". In my experience, they did not like the vent termination assembly used, and disqualified any warranty regarding damage induced by the piece of glass falling out, which is wholly unrelated.

I bought the Frabosk 8 3/4" and the 5 5/8" plate for use with my Electrolux Induction Range.

Pro's: They're very nice looking and very well made

Con's: Although they work, they don't work well. The heat transfer is v...e...r...y sloooooow! I could not get the toast for a grilled cheese to brown. I could boil water slowly. And the handles go through and are unusable while heating which kind of makes the handles useless.

My Frabosk plate worked OK for a while, but after a few month it started to do some crack-like noises.

Then it lost its flatness, and assumed a curbed shape.

Finally its three metal layers started to come visibly apart.

In the long run, you may spend less and have far better results, buying a few induction pots and pans at IKEA.

This plate works well but you will need to adjust your temp. to make sure you have it right, it cuts down the temp just a bit.

I've used one of these for about 3 fill-ups now: about 36 hours of use. (I don't think it will ever be 16 hours on 1 gallon, but 12 is fine by me.)

It's flawless. It smells a very little bit at start-up and shut-down, but while it's running it's essentially odorless. And perfectly quiet (a very soft gurgle once every ten minutes or so when it needs to sip some fuel into some internal tank) -and it puts out a lot of heat.

I have a room that's maybe 300 square feet with 5 big windows. On a cold night (close to 0 degrees F.) this thing can warm up that room by 2 or 3 degrees in 10 minutes, and maybe by 8 or 9 degrees in an hour. If you sit across the room and it's pointed straight at you, you can feel it right away.

It easy to fill up. There's a cannister that you carry outside (garage) and fill from your kerosene container with a hand-powered siphon. Worked the first time. This may not work if your outdoor kerosene container is too low, but then you can just use a funnel. The cannister stands up nicely by itself for filling, on a level surface (like a garage floor).

There's a little window on the cannister that lets you see when it's almost empty during use -and when it's almost full during fill-up.

When you want to turn it off, you press the "extinguish" button -the big knob in the middle winds rapidly counterclockwise -makes a loud noise -and the flame usually goes out immediately. Sometimes it may gutter for 30 secs or so before completely going out.

At start-up time the flame gutters a little for maybe 60 secs before the combustor starts to glow red, then the flame stabilizes and becomes perfectly quiet. You can't really see a flame except a little bit of blue -maybe a quarter inch at the very top of the combustor.

It's very easy to start up using the little battery starter device -you just push a red button, hold it for a second, then slowly release. I've done maybe 20 starts so far on one pair of batteries. You can start it with a match instead if you want to (or have to.) But the battery-powered starter is nice.

The back and the top and sides of the unit stay COOL TO THE TOUCH after an hour of use. Probably indefinitely.

This gadget is an example of a perfect combination of high-tech (the way the combustion works) and low-tech (it's .... kerosene, after all.)

There aren't many things this good. Cast iron pans, maybe? And ... um ... windmills that really work ? I don't know.

I don't see how I could ask this thing to be any better.

I've been using kerosene heaters for about 25 years now and really like them. I picked this unit up at a local Tru-Value because my old Kero Sun was malfunctioning. My first impression of this product is it's well put together. It looks well designed and feels solid. I prefer the square units over the round ones as the square units have removable fuel tanks and thus are more convenient to refuel. This unit also has a few nice touches like a little lip on the fuel tank handle which makes it a bit easier to remove. Another nice touch is a cover for the batteries. This is the first time I've seen this on a kerosene heater. This helps resist battery corrosion.

I've used kerosene heaters for two purposes; to lower my heating bills and to have a backup source of heat during power outages. I use my main furnace to heat the house up to my desired temperature. I start the kerosene heater up at the same time and position it below a ceiling fan turning clockwise. Once the house is warmed up, the furnace cuts out and the kerosene heater keeps the house warm for the rest of the day. If your house is reasonably insulated, this should work for you as well. If it's really cold, like in the single digits or below, your furnace will kick on but a lot less frequently. I figure for every dollar I spend on kerosene I save three on my heating bill. I haven't had an energy bill over $200 and I have a 1700 square foot house. At this writing, kerosene is about $3.00 per gallon. Even leaving the unit on 16 hours a day, I spend about $60.00 per month on kerosene in the coldest months.

Kerosene heaters do require regular maintenance. If you don't clean the wick, you could be harmed by fumes emitted by a dirty wick causing the fuel to not completely burn. It's very simple. It's called dry burning. Place the unit in a well ventilated place, preferably outside. Remove the tank and put the wick in the ignite position. Light the unit and let it run dry. Once the flame is out, take an old toothbrush and brush the burned carbon off the wick then thoroughly vacuum the unit. Then put a new tank of fuel in and you're done. If you perform this maintenance for every five gallons of kerosene used, which should be once a week, you'll be fine. The unit should be fully cleaned and serviced once a year by a professional or by you if you know what you're doing.

For a little effort and common sense, you will save hundreds of dollars every heating season. The unit will pay for itself in just a few months.

I am going on my third season with this heater and it is serving me well. My parents always used a kerosene heater and now I use one myself. They are really great...don't let propaganists try to tell you they are "death traps." I have a 1200 sq ft row house built in 1949 and frequently use my kerosene heater all winter long to take some stress off my heating bill.

It sounds like some of the other reviewers were not using the correct fuel. You should use UNDYED, clear 1-K Kerosene. Do not use kerosene that is dyed red (the IRS requires kerosene sold for certain purposes to be dyed). I tried this dyed kero once and it wreaked havok on my wick...the wick gets all gummed up with residue so it will no longer raise and retract after just a few gallons. This is just another way that the government screws up our lives.

With the correct fuel, this heater produces beautiful, radiant heat. It is very cosy, and like having a little fireplace in the room. Cats and dogs love to sleep in front of it. You do have to be a little bit of a "hands on" person to manage a kerosene heater, but it is well worth the little amount of work.

Honest reviews on World Marketing KW-11F 10,000 BTU Radiant Heat Indoor Kerosene

I bought this heater to suppliment our oil furnace so I didn't have to heat the whole house. It works good as far as heat out put goes, easily heating 400 square feet of space. There isn't any kind of heat adjustment on it, other than to keep the wick burning at an optimum flame. There were times I wished I could turn it down a notch. I liked the fact you could remove the tank for filling, but the directions say to shut the heater off before doing so, so you can't expect to keep it running for extended periods of time. On one such fill up, I apparently didn't get the tank seated correctly, even though the top door did close correctly. The wick started going out and really stunk the place up. The heater does need to be lit and extinguished outside, which means carrying it very carefully so as to not trip the automatic shut off. In doing so, the wall guard which I still haven't figured out the reason for, tends to get in the way. The weight is also off centered with the tank being on one end. The heater isn't real heavy. You just have to compensate for most of the weight being on one end so you carry it level. The heater does need to be elevated at least a foot off the floor if you are using it on anything other than bare concrete, because it does tend to get very warm for about two feet in front of it. Fortunately, the bottom, sides, and top stay cool, so it can be set on most anything that is stable. If it were not for the having to light it, extinguish it, and let it burn outside for at least 5 minutes until the odor dissipates, I would give it more stars. It is probably just the nature of the beast and not a fault of the heater. I didn't have any other trouble with it, and it worked as advertised. I would say that it is a good heater to use in an emergency, but not one for ongoing suplimental heat.

I bought this kerosene heater at local hardware store, not Amazon, but I own the same model. I have to say it was worth the $150. I had a big 'ol 100 year old home south of Buffalo, NY and this did a nice job of keeping it warm. I did leave the windows open a crack for fumes, but we didn't have central air so that didn't affect the furnace. My ignition button was "not firm" I want to say...can't think of how to describe it...but we are really rough on things. I don't think I used it but once..always lit the wick with a match and never had any problems. Like the other's say, to fill it, you have a one gallon rectangle tank you pull out, I go out on the porch to fill it up, then you cap it and just slide it back on in. It has a fuel gauge but I found that hard to see. I never had any other kerosene heater so I can't really compare it to anything. But, it does heat up well and that was its purpose. Oh, and I think it has an automatic shut off so if it gets tipped or something the wick gets extinguished which is very handy and always worked for us. (Look into that though...I used this a couple years ago.) And like the other reviewer, I think I got 12 hours on 1 gallon pretty sure I filled it up once in the morning then once at night. So, $6 a day just over $180 a month for heat if nothing else is used (we had a pellet stove too though). But I would DEFINITELY not recommend this for people with allergies or lung issues, or anyone that doesn't have common sense when it comes to fire. (Don't point it directly towards a couch, tablecloth, etc. cause it WILL get HOT! This product is worth the $150.

I upgraded from an older Bissell Little Green Machine to this unit based primarily on my experience with Bissell products. The PROheat has a number of nice features that ultimately sold me on it and after using it for a few months now I'm fairly pleased with it. I particularly like that you can choose to either have the heat on or off. I've heard some people say that using the heat can break down your carpets more quickly and cause the stain to get worse as it picks up new dirt that is tracked in. I don't know if that's not the case, but since my old Bissell unit lacked heat but did a fine job, I pretty much use this minus the heat. Even with the heat off I'm stunned at how good a job this unit does. It's even cleaned stains that I gave up as a lost cause. Most astonishingly, I usually vacuum first before using the steamer and then vacuum again once it's dry. I've discovered I actually vacuum up MORE dirt after steam cleaning than I did before. Clearly this machine is knocking loose built up dirt which means cleaner and nicer appearing carpets than ever before. I also liked the wand attachment from my old Little Green machine, especially for upholstered pieces and hard to reach spots and this thankfully has that.

But there are some drawbacks and limitations. At least initially you will pick up a LOT of carpet fibers when you use the machine, which means FREQUENT cleaning of the rotating brushes and especially the multiple filters on the unit. In some instances I wound up using tweezers to get out fibers from the particularly small filter on the underside of the water tank. The one on top is easier to clean out, but particles trap almost everywhere on this machine. The water tank holds a pitifully small amount of water and/or cleaning solution which means frequent refills, and it slows down the whole cleaning process. The self contained tank is easy to empty, but if you think that will eliminate odors from dirty water guess again, it doesn't. The tank does seem to leak or the seals don't hold tight and so dirty water does collect in the well that the tank sits in, which ads to the nasty smells as well as adding yet another think you have to clean up. Another particularly annoying habit is the dirty water seeping out the front of the machine by the cleaning rollers when you turn off and store the machine. This is really disgusting and trust me, don't store it on carpet or even leave it sitting there for very long as it WILL leak! When in use loose fibers tend to gather on the underside of the machine around the brush rollers so you manually have to gather it up by hand, which slows down the cleaning process. Once you've cleaned your carpet a few times that problem (hopefully) should minimize, although it has yet to happen for me. As a result there's a considerable amount of maintenance you have to do to ensure your machine is operating under optimum conditions. Even so, it's hard to argue with the results. I would probably buy this same unit again, but would also read up on other models just in case they operate more easily. Perhaps I was used to the utter simplicity of the Little Green Machine and sometimes I wish I was still using it, sad to say.

I just purchased a Bissell ProHeat today and am definitly pleased with my purchase. The carpet which was in rather poor shape has seen a clear improvement and IMHO a professional couldn't have done a better job. The cleaner itself was simple to assemble, straight-forward to load with cleaning solution (I like the combo-tank idea!), and very easy to use.

One drawback was the limited size of the tank for holding cleaning solution, I found myself refilling it 4 times to do 3 rooms and a lazy-boy chair. Of course re-filling was at least easy to do and to be expected when buying the low-end model. Further, as with it seems all of these contraptions, the hand-held attachment would spray at far to wide an angle but thats not a unique problem to this one cleaner.

Overall, for the price, if you have a small house or apartment and are on a limited budget or just like to pinch a penny or two, I would surely recommend this Bissell.

When my old Hoover SteamVac with Power Surge broke down, I really hesitated before buying the Bissell ProHeat. But when my local Target store only had the Bissell in stock, I figured what the heck if I test it out and it doesn't work well (as some of the reviews said) I will just clean it up, repack and return to Target.

Well, the Bissell outperforms the Hoover in every way! Here are the comparisons:

1. tank size yes, Hoover is bigger but the Bissell is a much better design. The Hoover waste water tank is very hard to empty and clean without spilling at least some. The Bissell has a special pour spout.

2. Heat Bissell heats the water and this makes a big difference in terms of loosening and picking up dirt. Huge.

3. Bissell upholstery tool works much better.

4. Bissell is easy to disassemble and clean. The suction end comes off easily for rinsing; the waste tank and lid are super easy to clean as well.

There were some complaints about the machine jamming up or not sucking. Here is what I did:

1. I took my time and rinsed the guck out of the tank each time before refilling.

2. When the suction seemed to lessen, I stopped machine and cleaned out the hair and fuzz under the brush component. Worked fine after doing this.

3. At one point, the water did not seem to be getting suctioned up at all. I called Bissell and they walked me through to the issue: there is a red valve in the tank that will stop the airflow if the tank is too full. How does this occur? By overfilling in the first place. So don't top off the tank or if you see that the red valve has come up (you can hear it stop the suction) then empty some water out of the tank.

Overall, the design is really great I love the one tank for both clean and dirty water, the fact that the water gets nice and hot, the ease in cleaning the machine. In cleaning my living room, bedroom and hallways, I probably refilled tank about 8 times. Not too bad. Took an afternoon to do it and except for pulling the carpet fuzz out of the brush area, it was a clean and easy operation.

Honest reviews on BISSELL ProHeat Full Sized Carpet Cleaner, 25A3

I have been looking at carpet cleaners for a few months. Based on reviews, I wasn't too sure I could find a good product at a decent price, since I didn't want to break the bank. I found this item at Target, and based on my experience with Bissell vacuums, decided to give it a chance. It assembled pretty easily, and seems pretty solid. It did a very nice job on lifting dirt from an alabaster carpet and darker entry carpet, neither of which had been cleaned in nearly two years. I found the upholstery tool to work very well on higher traffic areas that didn't respond well to the pushing the machine over it. Overall, I am quite happy with this item.

As with some of the other favorable reviews, I loved my Bissell in the beginning. But, now I agree with the unfavorable reviews of awful and leacky. My opinion soon changed as soon as the warranty was up. The belt continued to slip, and I couldn't even get one room cleaned. I spent hours on the phone with Bissell Customer Service, taking the cleaner apart fixing the belt, checking other parts, etc. And just recently, the motor pulley broke. Bissell referred me to the only Bissell repair shop in my area (20 miles away...pretty bad for the second largest city in Maryland not to have anything closer). When I called them, they said it would cost approximately $80 to repair...not worth it since the cleaner was only around $150. So, for $150, expect to get maybe a year's worth of good service from the cleaner (if you're lucky).

What some call flimsy, I call lightweight. And I appreciate not having to wrestle with a heavy screen when making a fire. My fireplace itself is decorative, so, for my purposes, the simplicity of this mesh screen design works well. The screen came packaged in a lot of protective cushioning, too, and did not require assembly, so no problems there. I suppose if this screen gets rough treatment (though why would it?) that it might not last as long as some others that are more substantial. On the other hand, this screen also cost less than many, so I could afford to replace more often, too.

I intentionally ordered bargain screens for some rarely used fireplaces. They're OK, but realize that they really are very light weight and cheaply made. Joints had come unscrewed and were in pieces right out of the box. Easily fixable, but... They'll probably serve the purpose, just a little disappointing.

Best Deals on Blue Rhino UF 3 Fold Black Screen Heaters

This thing falls apart right out of the box. It came slightly rusted, and any handling of the product whatsoever makes it fall apart further. I can't believe I paid for this. I'm taking it home today, and if it doesn't stay up, I'm returning it.

Honest reviews on Blue Rhino UF 3 Fold Black Screen Heaters

I have ordered thousands of items in my lifetime, and bar none, this is the biggest piece of crap I have ever received. It is supposed to come completely put together, but when it arrived, there were no less than 10 little parts that had come off the screen assembly and one screen that was loose and all of its parts dangling. The first thing that happenned is that I cut myself on one of the screens because the protective side had come off. I was bleeding for quite some time. The second thing I noticed was the extremely poor quality of the material and assembly. I am very handy by nature, but even I had to give up trying to put this piece of junk back together again. Plus it was not worth it, even if I had put it together again, all I would have then had was a piece of crap fireplace screen.

The good thing about this fireplace screen is that it has clean simple lines and is just three rectangular flat black panels. You'd be surprised how hard that is to find! I needed it to keep my small dog from wandering too close to our gas fireplace and it achieves that objective just fine. The down side is that it is of extremely light weight materials, not like heavy fireplace screens I remember from my youth. wouldn't stand up to anything heavy bashing against it, but it looks ok. More imported handiwork.

Our old wine refrigerator finally quit on us and we needed a replacement. That one was a small black refrigerator that we kept in the garage. This time we wanted something that would look nice in the house and fit our decor. From the photos and the limited reviews that we could find the Rutherford Wine Bar seemed like a good bet. But, of course, you never know until you can see it in person and our concern was that it would look cheap once we got it. Not to worry, we were very pleased to see that this is a very nice piece of furniture and fits well in our house. This really is very nice and my wife loves the marble top.

It has two separate side by side refrigeration units built into one cabinet with a lighted wine glass storage area above. These are thermoelectric refrigeration units so they will never get really cold. I have them set at their coldest setting (the units do not show a specific temperature setting just a dial that lets you set the units between the minimum to maximum settings)and measuring with a refrigerator thermometer, the temperature is maintained in the mid-50's F at this setting. I understand that thermoelectric units can only bring temperatures down about 20 degree F so this seems about right. This is plenty good for short to medium term storage.

We bought this from Wayfair through Amazon and the delivery was on time. The driver only brought it into the garage so we had to unpack and bring it into the house ourselves. This is very heavy and my son and I struggled to get it to its spot over hardwood floors without damaging the unit or the floors. It definitely takes two and preferably three people to move this. I must say I was impressed with how well this unit was packed. Lots of thick foam padding, cardboard and MDF. No scratches, dents or dings at all.

I would definitely recommend this if its size and style meet your needs.

This cooler is supposed to cool to 45 degrees. The unit I have, new and out of the box, "cools" to 67. Tresanti admits the advertisement that this unit cools to 45 is "wrong", and the resellers that are providing that lie to consumers get that false information directly from Tresanti and their parent company Twin Star.

They admit the cooler I have does not work at all. They admit they no longer sell the refrigeration units used in this cooler. They "offered" to send me the units they currently sell, which cool red and white in the same unit, but I have to install the new refrigerators myself, and they claim there is no warranty on this unit because they choose which of the vendors selling their units they will or will not cover with the advertised manufacturer's warranty. How ridiculous is that?

When you disagree with their business practices, their representative insults you personally. This company should not be in business.

I ordered this and it arrived several days earlier than promised. I was impressed with the quality, it runs very quietly and looks impressive. My only complaint is that there is no light inside the areas where the wine is stored. There is a light on the area which holds wine glasses etc., which is nice, but a light inside the cooling areas would help read the labels.

The top section is tall enough to have my tallest glasses hanging upside down and holds 3 in each section. The color is a beautiful cherry. The marble top is more of a marble veneer in that it is small thin sections, not one heavy piece. Very typical of this price point. Our bar and bedroom set has the same type of top. The only warning I would give is that pinot bottles are too big for it, so champagne would most likely not fit either. Has three plug ins (one for each of the two refrigerators and 1 for the light in the top section where the glasses hang. There is also a nice small light in the fridges, so at night there is a really nice soft glow coming from within.

This towel warmer is well made and designed very nicely. One caution. I installed this on a wall where the bottom mounts were on tile and the top mounts were on wallboard. This difference caused me to modify the mounts. So be sure you can install this flush. Also, the wire can run through the bottom mount. I suggest getting this before you place your outlet, etc.

The first one I tried to screw in, the first thread stripped and I couldn't get it to screw in straight. Be very careful as the threads are soft plastic. So I had to throw that one away and carefully screw in the second one. No idea if this actually does anything. We have a softner/conditioner that does a great job on our well water, but when the plumber installed our hybrid water heater he put this scale filter in as we'll.

This is a great product and at a great price. This is a simple option for hard water, without all the negatives of water softeners. Basically, instead of dumping a bunch of salt into an expensive water softener twice a year, this product introduces a bit of polyphosphate into the hot water feed, typically before an instant water heater (boiler in our case). The polyphosphate prevents scale buildup on the heat exchanger, which is what a water softener does, at a fraction of the cost, and without the slimy feel of softened water

I ordered 2 cartridges and they were at my home in Canada within 7 days. The best price anywhere is on amazon.com. This water system

Is a must for anyone with a tankless hot water heater. It helps to prevent the build-up of scale inside your unit. $35 is a cheap price to pay every year to maintain your system

I think this hardwater prevention cartridge works. I have read that it is a must for people who have tankless water heaters, who don't also have water softeners. Personally, I think you should buy a water softner over this device if you can afford it and are okay maintaining it. That said, I am using this device on the water line flowing into my water heater. I also have a hot water filter ) on the outlet side of the water heater to catch the stuff released into the water heater. That filter catches a lot of slimy rust and hardward. The only issue is that I need to change the filter quarterly. However, the aqua-pure seems to last six months. Overall, I think this is a good product, but you have to get it installed or install it yourself. Then, you probably want to filter the other side. I think a water softner (Morton Salt #MSD34C 34M Water Softener Unit) would work better, but this solution is less expensive to purchase and maintain.

Owning an old farmhouse in Maine often times equates to frozen pipes in the winter or ice jams on our enclosed porchthis heater offers tip over shut off, adjustable temp and other safety options which make it ideal to pop under a cupboard or put in an enclosed space to warm frozen pipes. It's not the prettiest most modern looking heater but having children and pets we needed a practical and safe heater should we want to have it running in higher traffic areas. This purchase is replacing a very very old heater of similar style which had worked well for us until it died of old age. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

This piece of junk didn't even last a month. The fan quit & it almost started a fire! I bought it for work. Now I'm gonna be cold all day today, off to my local hardware store after work to buy something better.

We've used this space heater for a little over a year to heat our girls' bedroom at night. I was really pleased with it the first year, but noticed recently that it never seemed to switch off, even though we would put it at the same temperature setting as we always had. So I tested it in my office during the day, so I could be sure to notice if it ever switch off. I ran it for about 5 hours in my office, and even though the office became quite warm, the heater never kicked off.

It still works well as far as putting out heat and everything, but I would not have purchased it originally if it didn't have a thermostat, which now doesn't seem to be working.
