I was looking for an inexpensive yet sturdy to stack some excess left over from last winter. After shopping around on Amazon I settled on this Panacea log rack. For the price of around $60 I wasn't expecting much of a rack, just something to hopefully hold the wood until next winter but to my surprise this Panacea log rack is a great value for the money.

It arrived in a sturdy box with easy to follow instructions for assembly. All the components were painted nicely. The nuts and bolts provided were heavy duty and machined well. Assembly took about 15 minutes with one person. I was able to tighened each nut/bolt very tightly without anything stripping. Then I placed the rack into position and started loading it with wood. In about 30 more minutes the rack was full the top with 8 feet of wood and was very sturdy probably due to the additional feet supporting the load half way through its length.

I would certainly buy this product again and would recommend it to anyone seeking a log rack at a reasonable price.

Installing this replacement element in my 1989 Maytag dryer was straightforward. Allow yourself about 1.5 to 2 hours to do the whole job start to finish. You can buy the whole heater element assembly and cut the job down to about 30 to 45 minutes but at four times the cost. Remove the front panel from the dryer and uninstall the heater element assembly. When you open up the old heater element assembly, it opens in a clamshell fashion. Do yourself a favor and whip out that digital camera and take a picture of the old routing. Use a stout pair of diagonal cutters to snip the old nichrome elements at several places to ease the removal of the old element. Start threading the new element by finding the approximate mid-point of the heating element and string it through the ceramic ferrule at the mid-point of the heater element assembly. This is where that digital photo comes in handy if you didn't mark the mid-spot before yanking out the old stuff. Then begin working your way to the ends, threading the element through the ceramic ferrules, criss-crossing the assembly, and eventually ending up where it terminates at the brass terminals. You will find that it doesn't quite reach. Again, starting at the middle, spread the 'coils' a little bit at a time by pulling on the element using two hands, all along the way to the end until you have increased the length so it can reach the brass nuts. There should be some tension on the element as it is threaded through all the ferrules. If it is loosey-goosey, there is a chance it could contact the metal shell of the heater assembly and you could get a nasty shock if you have a bad ground or faulty dryer plug.

Fast shipping. Product is not Maytag branded, but is an exact fit for Maytag model LDE412 dryer. The Maytag replacement part# 313538. This fits perfectly!

The seller incorrectly lists the dimension as 15.5 inches. This is the heater coil and measures 91 inches end-to-end as delivered.

The package arrived in three days. It was labeled as part number 3-13538 and came with a half-page, 5-step instruction sheet with a picture of the heating element installed in the cone (housing). A simple fix for anyone remotely handy. Tools required screwdriver, 1/8 nut driver/socket, & 5/16 socket/wrench.

Those who lack confidence can watch a how-to video on the RepairClinic website. The video steps through the entire process. This product is 75% less than elsewhere on the internet.

I can not speak to how long it will last, but it replaced the 27 year old original perfectly. I doubt anything made today can last that long. This heater element is a slightly lighter gauge wire and NOT coated (green) like the original. I expect a shorter life, but only guessing at this time. Too early for me to tell.

Another happy customer and I will buy this again.

As others have written this is a newer design than the old plastic scroll heaters but it fits into the existing housing of the older Nutone models listed. The installation is straightforward you just have to get the small screw into the side hole to hold it in place.

This is a great popcorn machine! The 12 oz. kettle puts out a good sized batch of popcorn. It's durable, well constructed and was easy to assemble. Just slide the doors on the pin hinges and plug in the kettle. It's getting a great workout and in great shape.

This fireplace is not worth the money that I paid for it. Looks like tile around the fireplace it is not it is fake yellow wood color and it is so ugly. Also the insert fireplace does not fit properly and there is a 1 inch gap at the top so you can see right through it to the wall. Also the fireplace does not fit into the hole snuggly it doesn't look like the picture at all. So ugly... We ended up buying granite and putting granite around the fireplace. I bought this thing to replace my Mr. Coffee mug warmer. This Brookstone is basically useless as a warmer unless you are perhaps using a mug with an entirely FLAT bottom (which would allow more contact with the heating element.) I've yet to see such a coffee mug however, and I have looked a lot.

The Mr. Coffee I own is adequate in that it keeps the coffee warm, though not nearly as hot as I'd like. The Brookstone, with it's "high and low" heat settings doesn't improve things any, as even on the high setting it is not as hot as the Mr. Coffee model.

I purchased this to replace an identical warmer that lasted for several years in almost daily use in my office. My old one did not have automatic shut-off, and as a consequence was sometimes left on as long as over a weekend. I've titled this review "Better than expected" only because of the many negative reviews associated with the product. After using the new one for a couple of months, I can report that it performs exactly as advertised, and the automatic shutoff is a much appreciated added feature. I use several different styles of coffee mugs on this warmer, all with rimmed bottoms. Set on high, the warmer keeps my coffee HOT. Just barely cool enough to drink. And, it looks cool too.

Luckily, a friend gave me this Brookstone warmer (used) so I didn't waste any money on it. She gave it to me because she accidentally broke the $5 Target cup warmer I had. I thought "oooh, a Brookstone. looks fancy" but it's mostly useless!

My cheap Target warmer kept my drinks much, much hotter. This barely keeps them above room temperature. And I thought it was because it was used that maybe it had lost its effectiveness. I can see by the other reviews, that's not true.

I can't believe how much this costs new. What a waste.

This product is pretty much worthless. I first tried with a mug that had a raised ring bottom (i.e. not a lot of contact area). That one didn't work at all. I brought in a stoneware mug with a completely flat bottom still didn't keep the coffee hot. Used it on the high setting.

I contacted Brookstone directly. They completely blew me off. Would not do a thing for me.

We have been using a liquid solar cover for a couple of years. We used the ecosavr and liked it. I guess they stopped making those because I can no longer get them. So I went with the Turbo, and it is suck-o.

First off, the fish does not sink to the bottom of the pool. So mine keep getting stuck in the skimmer. The instructions say that it will sink in time... 5 hours later no luck. So I tied it to the bottom of the ladder and the grommet ripped out...and it floated back to the surface...grrrrrr....

So then I re-read the instructions (I am kinda of a doofus at times so maybe I missed something) The instructions say if I shake it vigorously in the water it will sink faster. So I put on my underwater iPod (highly recommended by the way) turned on "Hey ya" (no wait...its on my wifes playlist not mine...really...) and I shake it like a Polaroid picture.

They it rips open like parachute at 1500' and the liquid mess empties into the pool....grrrr...

Needless to say, the other Turbos are going back today. One of the worst products I have seen since the Six Flags Bonzi Slide. Save your cash and the chemical balance of your pool and learn from my goober mistake. Avoid the Turbo.

Heard about it first late last summer and used two for the remainder of the season. Worked great I think hard to tell how often (or less often) the heater kicked on, but it seemed less. Fish behaved as advertised, no problems. It did like to swim around the skimmer, but once it sank it stayed down. Buying 6 for this summer, keep one left over for opening next year.

I have used many heaters for ice fishing for my tents and of all the ones I have used this one is by far the best one I have ever used. It puts off plenty of heat for a 2 man, 3 man, and 4 man ice fishing tents with no problem it does so well that after about 25 minutes to 35 minutes of use in an ice fishing tent my buddies and I have to turn it down to either low or off because this heater WILL bake you out of the tent LOL. I have also used this in camping tents with no problems at all, we usually run the heater for about 35 minutes to get the tent nice and warm then turn it off and get into our sleeping bags. Just make sure that you don't kick this over after you turn it off in a camping tent it stays warm for awhile and it will melt/burn the hell out of your tent. I highly recommend this heater for anybody that camps or ice fishes in high altitude areas, unlike other heaters that have touchy low oxygen sensors and shut off and have a hard time reigniting this one will not give you ANY problems igniting and staying lit in a high altitude area. I have used other Mr. Heaters with the ceramic plates and most of them are crap if you are in high altitude areas, they work good in lower altitude areas but this one will give you no problems no matter where you are.

I am Bryan's wife. He bought this heater for me. I like to use a little heater in the bathroom when I shower in the cold months. This heater has the bathroom like a sauna when I get out. Hot Massage Stone Warmer - 6-Quart Review

I purchased this item along with massage stones, as it was listed as an additional item at the bottom of the page. I assumed this was a special kind of warmer, due to it being labeled a 'Hot Stone Warmer'. When I received it I was disappointed to discover it's just a big crock pot. Really...I could have purchased one cheaper at a dollar store somewhere to serve the same purpose.

Over all, the quality of the pot itself is pretty good. It has a standard, one-setting option for preheat, and is sturdy. With water and stone weight, the handles didn't crack or pop, and it held up nicely. The lid, however, is cheaply made.

Upon using it for the first time, we followed what few instructions it did come with where it explains to place a towel in between the rocks and the bottom of the pot to prevent them from getting too hot. Even with the towel, the water became extremely hot and unit emitted a burning odor, although we never found anything burning. It may have just been a new use sort of smell. I let the entire unit, rocks and all, cool for over an hour to get it to a comfortable/tolerable stone temperature.

Anyway, my hubby loved the hot stone massage as a whole... ;) once they cooled down enough to use.

I'm not impressed with what it is for the money I spent. Seriously, just go find a cheap crock pot or an old one at a yard sale, you'll do just as good and probably have more temperature options.

Previously had a large "boot"-type footwarmer that heated and had slight vibration function. When it eventually died, went looking for a good under-computer desk replacement. This is a bit flimsy, heats the bottom of our feet very well, but we miss the ankle coverage. The off/on is pretty easy to read, a little to easy to hit inadvertently. Since I can't find a way to replace what we had, this is Ok for now.

I purchased my first chi machine, an Exerciser 2000, back in 1999 for nearly $400. It's a fine product, but it only has one setting, which I discovered is just way too fast for my bad back to tolerate safely or comfortably. Needless to say, I regretted that purchase and consequently stayed away from chi machines for a few years.

By comparison, the Supentown AB-07 is under $80, it features up to 14 speed settings, and has an easy-to-use remote with multiple options. Now my only reget is that I didn't go looking for this thing sooner.

If you have never used a chi machine before, it's hard to describe the experience. They're simply unlike any other exercise machines I know of. The feeling is both relaxing and invigorating and for people like me, they're great way to help stay active without risking further injury.

If you have a chronic injury or are not in great physical condition, I highly recommend the Supentown (assuming your doctor or physical therapist agrees that chi machines are a safe option for your situation). It's the best value I could find on the market and has more features than many of the far more expensive models.

At the slowest setting, it's so gentle I can use it comfortably even when my back and neck are really hurting. And when I want to step up the pace, the remote makes it easy to increase or decrease the speed gradually, in small increments, so it's always easy to find a pace that feels just right.

I placed my order on a Sunday evening and recieved the machine by Wednesday afternoon using standard shipping.

Only two minor issues to mention.

1. The ankle rest is made of hard plastic, so some folks may want to use a little extra padding for comfort (like wearing an extra pair of socks perhaps).

2. The ankle rest is also a little smaller compared to the Exerciser 2000. I believe they had asian women in mind when they manufactured this model. Wearing a man's size 9 shoe, it fits me just fine. But I suppose people with much larger feet may find it a bit tight.

All things considered, this is one of the very best purchases I've made at Amazon.

I saw these machines on the Ellen Show and checked them out on the Internet. There are rave reviews as to the benefits of these machines aligning your "chi" (not into chi), helping fibromyalgia, diabetes, increasing metabolism, aerating the cells of your body, etc. Some of the machines are quite expensive. This is the best priced machine I could find. I bought TWO of them...one for me and one for my daughter who has fibromyalgia. I'm almost 68 and I love using the machine. The gentle motion is so relaxing, and you can feel movement all the way up to your head. But you have to build up your time SLOWLY. More is not necessarily better when starting out. It makes me feel invigorated, my usual aches and pains are gone, and it's so relaxing. My daughter loves her machine too. She says it really helps her feel a lot better and has eased the pain of her fibromyalgia. It has timers and intensity settings that are easy to use. The instructions are a little sparse, but there are great instructions on the Internet if you search for "Chi" machine. We both use our 2-3 times a day. It's a gentle easy way to move your body without having to do strenuous exercise. We don't use the swivel disk that comes with the machine, but purchased exercise mats that are "seconds" here at Amazon and they work great.

Due to the loan of a Sun Ancon Chi machine, we could make a direct comparison with that machine. The Supentown is a little bit noisier, but not objectionably so. The side-to-side motion is the same in distance. The motion of the Supentown has a little vertical motion; not noticeable or good or bad in real use. The maximum speed is very slightly (3%) slower than that of the Sun Ancon machine, again not a speed difference that is noticeable in use. No experience yet with the variety of speeds available in the Supentown. The overall quality of build is similar for the two; perhaps the Sun Ancon feels a little more rugged, but not in proportion to the price or in a way that gives a lack of confidence in the Supentown.

Bottom line: this machine delivers the desired effect at a very good price, leaving no sense that more expensive alternatives would lead to a better result.

We use the machine with a (baby's) wool 'pelt' laid over the moving element to cushion the legs. Makes it look and feel like a friendly oscillating sheep.

I think the healthy swinger lives up to its advertised claims and could actually brag a little more about its benefits. I use it 2-3 times a day to get temporary relief from arthritic stiffness and pain in my hips. It gives me more hip mobility than some of my physical therapy exercises without injuring me. My muscles are less achy. When I want to relax, I put it on a slow setting and let it gently rock me back and forth. When I want to be energized, I use the automatic setting which is delightfully envigorating.

I favored this product because of the disc. With my arthritic hips I thought I might need the extra comfort. I was right. It takes some of the strain off my hips as they move.

I also thought the price was marvelous after having seen how expensive some of the other offerings were.

Initially, there was discomfort to my ankles. Using some of the suggestions I had seen in other reviews, I tried thick socks and other cushions. However, what works best for me is to simply and slightly correct my body's alignment so that my ankles are resting perfectly straight in the plastic ankle cradles.

Of course, this is a simply product. You lie down, put your ankles in the cradle and turn it on. However, there are those of us who read the directions and try to carefully follow them, regardless. And, this is the only real complaint I have about the product. I couldn't understand clearly what was being communicated in some of the instuctions. For instance, it indicates that for arthritis, one should (among other things) raise one's hip off the floor. There is a diagram with a lady lying without a disc on the floor; ankles in cradle. Was this the time to use the disc? It didn't say so and the diagram didn't include the disc. So I tried to raise my hips off the floor without the disc. It works better to use the disc, so I do. Also, there is a fish movement demonstrated where it is written, "hold your fingers tightly and deep arms to the side of the legs". For weeks, I have been trying to determine what is meant by "deep arms". Today, I am thinking it is a typo. But, these minor setbacks haven't kept me from loving my healthy swinger. I want to always keep one of these in my house.

We tried a similar type of machine while visiting my parents over the holidays. It really took the stiffness out of my hubby's hips and back while we were away so we made it our business to get one when we returned home. There is a wide price range. After reading most of the reviews for all the machines, we chose this one, in large part for the reasonable price. Having been forewarned by previous reviews, I was prepared to pad the ankle cradle, and set aside the disk that came with it. Although our chronic hip/back/leg problems are different, both my husband and I find this machine a great help. Hubby says it "loosens things up" and relieves the stiffness. Just 5 minutes on the pre-programed routine and he's able to easily touch his toes and walk without pain along the sciatic nerve. I, on the other hand, have too much curve in my lower back, and eventually discovered, to my surprise, that the disk that so many users call "useless" is very helpful to me. I had to experiment with it's placement, but found that it actually pushes my pelvis forward while working the joints and haven't had a single moment of the groin pain I'd been experiencing at work where I'm on my feet 8-9 hours a day. This has been such a help to us, I've already bought another one for my daughter for her birthday!

We consider this a really good purchase. The controls are easy to manage without having to look at them all the time, and I particularly like the variations in the available speeds. I start slow and "warm up", gradually raising the speed, for the first 5 minutes, spend the next 5 minutes at about 10 or 11, then slowly back down for the final 5 minuts or until the machine shuts off. I try to keep my stomach muscles contracted toward the floor as much as I can, and for this reason, recommend that your start with 5-minute sessions and work up to longer. I actually had sore muscles the first few times I used the machine, and know that like any other form of exercise, you need to start slowly and not overdo. This conscious contraction of the stomach muscles is actually helping to flatten my stomach! Experiment with positions, like slightly twisting to one side or the other if you have chronic discomfort on one side. Pressing my back as flat to the floor as I can is helping to reduce the curvature in the small of my back. If you have too little curve in your back, place a small towel, folded three or four times under the small of your back as you swing. Try different things and you can customize your workout to your own unique situation.
