I really didn't know what to expect from this portable unit but I was excited to try it out. I have to honestly say that I'm very happy with it's performance. Easy to set up and easy to use. I must warn you not to use the machine in an areas that you can not section off and you must follow the manufactures recommendations because like any other a/c system (central or window)it will not work optimally if it's not used correctly. I purchased the roll and glow fireplace from HSN. Love it, it really keeps my living room warm and I do not have to run the base board heater, which saved me over $100 heating cost per month. However, I did not purchase the filter for the Roll and Glow and too much dust got into the heating element and caused it to go out. I thought that I was going to have to purchase a whole new unit. But just by chance I thought that I would check Amazon to see if a replacement fan blower and heating element could be purchased. I purchased the replacement part. My brother and I removed the old unit and put in the new one and we are up and going. Works wonderfully. So happy with this product! Also, it was not too difficult to install, I did not see any directions in the package, but everything just plugs in to the electronic panel on the fireplace. We just mapped which wire went where, because the stock element was the exact same as the replacement, unplugged the old (which was not that easy, take your time with it) and plugged in the new element which was a breeze. Thank you!

Ordered this one for a spair and two days after receiving it one of my other units failed. Was just the ticket to make the repairs. also ordered Thermal fuse 110 degrees Celsius. just in case another fan failed and blew the thermal fuse..

I figure the labor charge and the gas burned from taking it to a repair center, (nearest one to me is 25 miles), would have at least tripled what it cost me to just do it myself. The connections are very tight, even taking my time I still managed to pull one of the wires out of the connector, giving myself an additional small repair job.

The Amba Sirio Towel Warmer looks great and heats the towels in about 45 minutes to a nice cozy temperature. The installation was complicated by the inexact measurements provided by the manufacturer. The mounting holes are about 1/4 inch off in the diagram, but if you carefully measure from center to center on both vertical bars only a simple adjustment is required to ensure the mounting brackets line up with the warmer's male brackets It would help if a full size template was provided but it isn't. Once installed it far exceeds the heating capacity of the less expensive units.

Perhaps I was reading the current product review wrong. I was expecting two different baking/chaffing heater tray sets. One, with the double set and the other, with the triple set. I was charged full price and only received the double set (the one pictured ontop of the triple). There's no way I would pay almost $40 for just the small, tiny, double set. I'm contacting Amazon right now and will give an update soon. Otherwise, DON'T BOTHER BUYING THIS PRODUCT FOR OVER $30. It's worth $25. As for the product itself, the lid is neat, but it is not stable with the handle. So the glass lid (with no lining) moves around when lifting by handle. I have tried to tighten the lid by spinning it to the right, but it's so fragile; I'm not going to mess with it. It is a wonderful little piece to look at-but I'm more upset about the price and of course, the confusion. I'm giving this product one star for gypping me with either with the price or the product and I would not recommend this product to anyone until this problem is fixed.

I recently remodeled our master bath and needed a heater. After considering 6 units I settled on this one. Installation was very easy (except for getting a 220V wire there). This is really nice unit. It's small, attractive and the LCD panel is well thought-out. You can see the room temp at all times and the controls are logical. Hooked up to 220V it's surprisingly powerful. It heats this small bathroom in minutes. It was a good choice for me.

Since writing the above paragraph I've had two F8 error codes, indicating a fault in the control. Both cleared and it has not had another in several weeks. One more and I'm asking for a replacement unit. Still, it was the best heater for my bathroom in many ways.

It was pretty easy to install and looks good. It runs all the time so it is definately not energy efficiant. It will run at a cooler temp for longer to maintain temps. It is also very easy for my toddler to mess with.

Let me just start saying I am usually very skeptical of buying anything without reading a solid review history in favor of a product so for me to buy this product was a bit out of my comfort zone. I just moved into a new home with a fireplace and was struggling to get one going with my fresh delivery of wood today.

I hopped over to the local Home Depot to see what alternatives they had for just starting fires with very little trouble. I am familiar with the duraflame brand from just general knowledge but no firsthand experience so I was not sure what I was getting myself into so I looked up the product here (which is pretty standard procedure for me) but was astounded to only see one review for this product.

Being in a pinch and with limited options in front of me at the time I figured what the heck. This pack of 24 was only $10 at my local HD (I have no idea why it is so expensive here so I would encourage you to look around first) so I figured I'd try it out. It far exceeded any expectations I ever had of it. Simple, easy to use, I lit the little brick and the thing just took off and I have a raging fire in the amount of time it took me to stuff newspaper into my fire.

I now type this review after sitting by the fire the last 4 hours watching movies. I would highly recommend this to anyone, just not at the current $17 price here. Again, look around. For $10 at HD I'll have a few boxes of these on hand every year from now on.

I was very excited to see that I could order this excellent product on Amazon. I should have known-I order trash bags & refrigerator filters, among other things!

These "fire starters" are the BEST in the business ! They used to be available at several store in our area. For some reason they have stopped carrying them. The good news was, that these are twice the amount for less then twice the price and as an Amazon Prime member, I get to have FREE SHIPPING on these. So glad it all happened this way ! ALWAYS easier to start a fire in the fireplace/wood stove using these. Nothing else we have ever tried works as well as these.

This is the best fire starter available. I have tried every other type and this is the only one that has the heat and the burn time needed to start even the most stubborn firewood. Don't waste your time on any other. At 75 cents each at amazon (with prime), it still isn't too bad a price for the trouble it saves. It could be purchased in stores for a bit cheaper. I think Target may carry it. Why more stores don't carry it is baffling. Walmart carries about 5 different types of useless starters, but doesn't carry something worthwhile like this.
