Probably better options out there than $120 for a simple timer and thermostat but I didn't want to spend a ton of money on new setup so fixed what I had.

If you need to replace yours this is as good a place as any to get it. Leslie's wanted over $400 for a whole new box, they wouldn't sell just the internals. Came as quickly as I paid extra to receive it next day and worked out of the box in just 10 min to swap out the old one.

I switched from coffee to tea a few months ago, purchased this unit and am completely happy with it ... I can't recommend it highly enough. It's well made, ergonomic, well thought out, and a joy to use. The Japanese think of everything. A Japanese friend of mine told me that homes in Japan almost always have one of these units, or one like it. Now that I drink only tea, I can understand why.

The three temperature settings (well, four if you count boiling) are perfect. 208 is good for herbal teas, tissanes, and also the increasingly popular (and wonderful) Rooibos. That's also a good temperature for ramen, oatmeal, etc. 195 is good for black tea and also oolong, and 175 is good for green tea or white tea. Now, you can make gourmet tea properly with no muss and no fuss. Just get yourself some gourmet loose tea, herbal tea, or Rooibos, (all available from Garrett, Adagio, or Teavana), and a convenient brewer, like "IngenuiTea" from Adagio (Teavana also makes a good one that might be slightly better in quality), and you will be good-to-go! Your taste buds will thank you and so will your body. (The health benefits of green tea and oolong are well-known, and also Rooibos has 30-50 times the antioxidants of green tea, and no caffeine). My blood pressure has dropped 20 points with less caffeine (compared to caffeine in coffee, black tea = 20-25%, oolong = 10-15%, green = 5-10%, white = 1%, rooibos and herbal = 0%).

Buy a Zojirushi! You won't be disappointed.

I have always been a tea drinker, and after my last tea kettle broke (again!), I did some looking and came across this pot. It's not a cheap pot, but I blessed the day it came into my house. I can't boil the pot dry--it would shut down anyway, and this was important. It really does dechlorinate, so when I start to taste a little chlorine in the water again I empty the pot out and refill it completely, which takes care of it. For as much as I use this pot, day in and day out, a number of cups of tea a day, I appreciate it every time I use it. The water is always piping hot (I really hate tepid tea) when I want it, no waiting for a kettle to boil. It has a 7 hour timer so it can be turned off at night and when I get up in the morning there's hot water waiting. I could wish it had been priced a little lower, but I would not want to sacrifice the quality for a lower price.

UPDATE: I've now had this pot close to 5 years. There is now one small spot of rust about the size of a pinhead just starting in the bottom of the pot, but the rust spot has looked about the same for 6 months now and is not progressing. I'm starting to look into the possibility of replacing the pot, though, in case it does start to enlarge. So far this small spot has not affected the functioning of the pot in any way. It still does the job, day in and day out, every single day of the year. I will certainly buy another one when I need to replace it, the "cost per year" is much cheaper than replacing tea kettles that break too often, plus I have the convenience of hot water waiting for me every morning. I still love this pot!

Just bought this pot. It is amazing. I'm going to use it at work where I have to go down stairs all the time to boil water. I can fill this on Monday and it should give me on-demand hot water for three to four days right in my office. It makes it easier to drink more tea.

This hot pot is pure Japanese. Everything has been cleverly thought out. It is well contructed and it works great. The panorama water level indicator is very cool. Don't worry about the non-stick coating, it's safe. There's a slight learning curve to using the pot, but it becomes intuitive very quickly. This pot is meant to be left on continuously, but you can shut it down for seven hours with the timer feature.

This is a great item with Japanese quality and inovation throughout. I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my wife in lieu of installing an instant hot dispenser. I choose to write a review today, because for the third time in 6 years, I traveled to my parent's house to replace the under sink instant hot.

I clean the tank about twice a year. We are lucky to have great water here and rarely get buildup in the tank. For 5 years this pot has kept hundreds of gallons of water at 208F without a hiccup.

If you need hot water in an instant, this pot is for you. My wife drinks 3 cups of tea a day. I make a cup of instant coffee every morning. That's approx 8500 times this little gadget has given us water and it looks brand new, inside and out.

I don't know of any other product in my home that I would call bullet proof, but this one is. Buy it, enjoy it for years

I couldn't decide between the Dyson Pedestal fan and the Tower Fan, so I went ahead and bought both to compare. Yes we kept both as well.

The Tower fan is great for the Living Room or family room for it stays more compact (slim and low profile) and spreads the air less concentrated on one area.(high and low)There is no adjustments that can be made on this fan, meaning no tilting or bringing the unit up and down. What you see it what you get.

The Pedestal fan is great for our bedroom; we have a really high bed. At the highest point of the pedestal fan it's even to where we lay. Since the Fan is more like a standard oscillating fan, the air is more concentrated to one area, so at night we through it on medium to low and let it keep us cool at night. The pedestal fan can be adjusted to the height by simply pushing it down or pulling up on the actually circle part of the fan. (The frame tube extends or compresses very handy and fast to do) Also this fan has a tilt. (The circle head part can be aimed where you want it) This fan is a little bulkier needs more room then the tower fan. (Due to the adjustments and the diameter or the circle part when oscillating)

On both models the High setting does a lot of air, at a louder noise. We joke about it and say the jet is taking off, for the fan does lean back a little when we turn the knob up. Set up of both fans is quick and very easy

The remotes are very handy and awesome. To store the remote it's a magnet in the fan and in the remote, so just lay the remote on the fan and it sticks

Overall Great Fans, if you can get over the Price of a $450 fan, you will be happy with it. They do have a 2 year warranty with Dyson, so that is nice. Our fans always break after 1 summer; these fans have been going strong for 1 year now, still no problems.

Both fans have the same amount of air coming through them on high settings, so there no difference in power between the two models.

I do love Dyson I had one of their original vacs, and loved it so much when their ball vac came out I bought one and gave my other one to someone at work. The vac has been outstanding, and any others I've tried (including some freebies from Amazon Vine program) have just really stunk in comparison.

I liked this fan from an appearance standpoint since it was first announced, in the design stages. But the price was always just insane, so I passed.

I've gone through two or three various tower fans, and always had the same problem with them lack of air movement, noisy, and oscillation always was really clunky, jerky, and not effective. And they were mostly butt ugly tall rectangles. Garish lights on the front or LED displays.

Finally this went on sale and Dyson sent me an email. I checked a local brick and mortar and the sale was there as well, so for $150 less than the normal price, I thought I'd give it a shot. This brick and mortar has reward points you can bank up, so I had about 80 dollars worth of "bucks" so I got it even cheaper then. And since I get a 60 day return policy with no restocking fees for anything, I figured it was the perfect time to try it. It would not likely be cheaper for a while, and if it's not worth it, I can return it and be no worse off.

So I got it home. This was to replace a circular "turbo" fan that I've had for like 8 years now. That fan works great, moves air even on low speed, and isn't annoyingly loud until it's on high, and even then it's just a normal fan noise. But man, that thing gets air going, so much that loose papers around are slung everywhere. And that fan I keep right in front of an HVAC register on my floor in the great room, on the wall in "front" of my couch. That way when the AC is on, I get really good cool air breezes. But it's about 16 or so feet from where the couch sits, which is why the tower fans never worked that well there.

This was unboxed, and a quick assembly (but I took off all the little stickers when I unboxed it, and didn't realize until afterwards that those stickers tell you where each part lines up to be assembled but it's obvious anyway). Plugged it in (why, oh WHY do fan makers never make a FLAT flush to the wall plug so that it can be plugged in behind things like book cases and such without having to pull things away from the wall so much?) and fired it up. I was actually amazed at how much air it moved, even on low.

So I sat at my spot on my couch, and tested the oscillation and I have to say, this is without a doubt the best oscillation I've ever seen in a tower fan. Smooth, absolutely no noise from it whatsoever. Brilliantly done. Of course, I wasn't feeling any air movement. So I cranked it up, and started feeling a breeze. But I was surprised at how much noise it made. And yes, it's not a normal WHRRRRR fan noise because of the design, so it's a high pitched turbine kind of noise, MUCH more noticeable than a regular fan noise simply because it's different. Think weird sounding electric mixer. As the time passed it became less noticeable, especially as ambient noise in the room increased. I think it's really the difference of the expected sounds that makes it as noticeable as it is.

But still, not much air flow. Even on high, I wasn't feeling even as much as I'd feel with the old circular fan on low. I got up by it, felt around, and it's neat at least how it curves around the edges and shoots out. But that's when I noticed, it's not shooting STRAIGHT out. Both sides are blowing a vertical column of air that is somewhat pointed inward, so they intersect at like the 8 to 9 foot point. Which, of course, helps to interrupt each side's flow. At that closer mark, the airflow is much more obvious, and is then a viable fan alternative.

I moved it to the other side of my great room, next to the fireplace, so it's only about 10 feet away or so now, and it's actually kind of good there. Even on the nearly silent low setting, I can at least kind of feel airflow. They say there's no buffeting, and that's true, even on high you never feel that, but at all speeds you do notice that it's not as hard a wind blowing than it can be at other times.

As you turn it higher, it's very much like a gaming PC suddenly kicking in fans it's just about that exact sound until you get to the max settings where it's like a blender or mixer motor almost.

I'm still kind of up in the air about it, but I have 60 days to decide. I'm leaning towards keeping it now, since for the price I paid (230 less than the normal price) it may actually prove to be worth it. I don't like the circular fan I had, since that has a big base and is about 18 inches across. This takes up such a tiny amount of floor space, like 7 or 8 inches, since it's all in the vertical. Which was why I tried tower fans last summer in the first place. Aesthetically it's a win, no doubt. Nothing at all like it out there. I love the looks. The remote works very well, although I wish they hadn't made it so streamlined it's all flush, no bumps on the buttons (think the home keys, J and F, on a keyboard) to mark them, so in the dark you really have to fiddle to find what you want to press. But it works great, never a missed press that wasn't read right.

There appear to be 8 distinct levels with the remote.

So if you can use it from a place 10 feet or less from where you want the wind, it works very well. You won't get the insane hurricane force winds that you can get from other fans, but you'll get a good amount without using much space at all, and without making an otherwise attractive area of your house look a little worse from some floor fan. And I'll admit, my biggest problems with the lack of fan "presence" is in direct comparison to a floor model fan which is a totally unfair comparison, apples to oranges. It is definitely the best airflow from any tower I've tried (and returned).

Would I buy it at full retail? No, never. But for $230 less than retail, while it still stretches the price I was willing to pay for a floor fan, after having tried two or three others before, it really does seem to be a matter of getting what you paid for something. So less air flow than a full fan, but great mid and low air flow in a very, very attractive package. If it weren't for the price, I'd probably rate this thing 5 stars, but as long as it's so expensive, I can't give it more than 3.

Best Deals on Dyson AM02 tower fan

Well, I caved and bought this thing...

In short, it's not worth $300, let alone $50.

Basically, at the end of the day, after all of this talk about 'buffeting', this fan is an overpriced piece of junk.

Sure, it blows air. But it's louder than any fan I've ever owned, and priced about 10x any fan I've ever owned. There are no blades, but that just means there's a high pitched jet engine running all the time in the base unit, blowing into the top. It's not what you think it is...

Basically, this fan sounds like your computer before it's about to have a heart attack, but that's just on low-power...

NOT RECOMMENDED. It looks cool, but it doesn't COOL like a normal fan. I'll take 'buffeting' any day over 'high-pitched loud-as-hell intake fan.'

Honest reviews on Dyson AM02 tower fan

Very Poor air mover for a large room. You can only feel the air about 6 feet away, any further away you fell nothing. Very LOUD on higher speeds. Overall very disappointed.

This "fan" (Air Multiplier) is fantastic. Very pricy but well worth it. it moves the air around a large room at least twice as much and twice as far as an ordinary fan or even a tower squirrel-cage fan. Its noise level is virtually silent at the three lower settings. At the higher settings its noise is about the same as a regular fan but much less "buzzy." Finally, its bladlessness is a conversation starter.

This heater which I use at the office has been nick-named R2D2 by my office mates (guess why). It is a lot bigger than I thought it would be standing almost 2 feet high. Temperature settings are only in centigrade and the thing turns off before reaching the desired temperature and has to be reset to get it going again. The resetting is an inconvenient process. The timer can only be set for 1 hour intervals. I don't like the damn thing. I might give it away and by another type of more user friendly heater.

This is an relatively expensive fan and it does have the necessary safety features to be allowed by fire code in our office that is a good thing. But the heater will turn off at a certain point and never turn on again. The oscillation features makes it heat up and smell like it is malfunctioning. Also, the fact that the temperature is only in Celsius just makes it confusing and harder to use than it should be. I wish there was a way to convert this.

First, the ambient temperature never came even close to what I set (reached 80.2f and it was set at 86.0f). Also, the manual says the fan is supposed to always stay on while the heater turns on and off. The fan turned on and off with the heater. Returned mine for a refund so I can get a better-working one.

Where I live I don't get enough heat. This is my second halogen heater. It gives out very good heat and warms up my living room excellent. My first one did last about two years and then it stopped working, I had to get another one. I believe the wire burnt out after constant use but it really did the job for me and did not send up my eletricity bill. It lights up bright but we got use to the brightness, it has two settings and it rotates. Halogen heaters are also cheeper to run. I am going to buy a third one for the bedroom.

We recently re-did our screened in porch with new conversation furniture, rug & curtains. We needed an outdoor heater and our friends had one for their outdoor kitchen so I started researching products. I really like the fact that the small tank fits inside the casing of the heater. Our friends have the big tank that has to sit next to it on the ground. We put this unit on the coffee table and it heats the 14'x14' porch nicely. The tank is hidden so it looks really good. We are only outside for 3 hours at most so the tank lasts long without having to change it. We bought a six pack of extra tanks and have them ready if needed. I really would recommend this to anyone with a covered area that wants to have a comfortable outdoor setting!!!

This works as a table top heater..... it'll keep you luke warm.

If you have any wind what so ever, it turns into a metal center piece and you'll be cold.

The heater does take those long Coleman 1.2lb tanks for little tailgate BBQ's, so that good.

But other than huddling close to it, you won't get that much out of it. I suggest you spend an extra $50 and get a full size.

We needed an AC/Heat unit for a little over 400 square foot room in Southern California. It had to be 220 because our electric panel is maxed out. The unit cools nicely (installed on a 92 degree F day, room temp was 80 degrees F within 45 minutes and down to 77 degrees within an hour). For 8000 btu 115 volt it works surprisingly well. The unit was undamaged when receieved and arrived one day earlier than expected. I only turned the heat on long enough to test it so cannot comment on the heat efficiency.

This fireplace is really pretty. I was worried about the plug showing under it but when mounted the front facing covers it if your electrical plug is right there. I would not recommend installing it flush as you wouldn't be able to use the controls on the side and could create a fire hazard. It does stick out 6 inches from the wall but isn't an eyesore in my opinion. I love this one versus the all black ones that look like a tv when turned off.

I bought this fireplace for my bedroom. the outside looks nice but the look of the fire "burning" is very unrealistic, boring, and provides poor ambience. i plugged it in and it immediately started making a loud noise as if two metal object were rubbing up against each other. This noise occured approx every 3 second. we also felt that this fireplace stuck out of the wall too far. long story short, we're returning it.

I just installed this 2 days ago in my bedroom, since its chllier than the rest of the house. I bought in combination with the style and the use of the supplemental heat. This is the equilvalent of heating your room with an easy bake oven. It only gives off enough heat if your standing DIRECTLY in front of it. Even a hair dryer would warm the room better. Also the remote can only be used if standing also DIRECTLY in front of it. The ambience is nice, and it does operate quiet enough. But really I can get a electric fireplace for 100 bucks that heats more effienctly. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL

I've bought three of these because we love them great design efficient and quiet!

BUT they break easily (the little wire that heats up inside the quartz tube) then, if you're handy, you can dismantle it and re-attach the wire, like I did, and have had to do about 5 times now!! That's the main problem with this otherwise great heater.

This is a nice heater that works just great. It feels kinda frail and might/probably won't last very long but for the price what can you expect. It isn't easy finding a 400/800W heater for some reason. I would love it if someone built a really tough heater for smaller spaces like this one.

this heater works good.. you need to "break it in" first. it's best to do that outdoors..i think it took my heater about 6 hrs. maybe a little more. can't remember..i know it doesn't make sense to have a heater outdoors but if you do that inside you get burning metal, paint curing smell??,some of the shiny metal parts will change color. that is supposed to happen..

it was putting out so much heat it would make my ceiling fan twirl.. you must learn how to adjust flame and what the flame should look like. only buy the best kerosene available..

only smells are at start-up and shut down. once it gets up to operating temperature no smell at all. not even a little..

full tank does last 12 hrs.. not sure what happened to the other reviewer.

i would recommend this to buy.. but only if you would use it wisely..

the only reason i didn't give it all stars was the handle that all kerosene heaters have.. seems that they can be engineered better. the handle works but seems kinda flimsy..

i would buy another one but one is enough.. i had a hard time finding a kerosene heater and hurried up and grabbed this one when i found it at an ace hardware store..

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This machine is ready to use almost right from the box. You need a phillips screwdriver for 3 screws and everything else snaps into place...perfect for the Mechanically Challenged such as ME. My sweetheart says; "There must be more to assembly", yes... it is that easy and the Alpha Male is disappointed that it does not take hours. The quick start instructions are perfect and have step by step pictures (that made me happy) and note the screws are taped to the handle so please don't go through everything again and again looking for them....Bissell thought everything out and made this EASY.

We started up the machine and worked on a dog urine stain, and this machine does as promised. Actually, it works as good as the professional cleaner we normally rent. It is easy to move when cleaning and the unit is self contained. The solution smells good too. There are tools for steps and furniture, and I don't believe I would any more than what is supplied. I like the fact that the water heats contineously. I have 3 dogs (yes..I am dog crazy) so we will use this quite a bit.

In the future I will update this review as I am eager to see if all this dog hair does not clog the machine. The instructions do say to vaccum ahead of cleaning and we have a Dyson Animal Hair vaccum (also recommend to all pet lovers).

SO far this is a great product....Highly recommend.

Update: We cleaned all the carpets downstairs, our family room has the highest traffic from dogs and people, it was really dirty but looks great when we were done. We worked on a few stains which are resolved. The hot water seems to enhance the cleaning but the cleaning solution does seem to go quickly, so stock up. When we went to put the steamer away, there was dog hair still laying within the front part, I used a wire, hooked it and the hair was removed easily. My husband thought it would be better to unscrew the front and remove it, 20 minutes later he was done. I suggest the wire method, also clean this unit completely before putting away and it should serve you well for a long time.

Very happy with this product.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I selected this machine specifically to remediate some of the long-term effects showing on a light-colored Berber carpet in our basement. Installed five years ago, it has endured the cumulative effects of three geriatric cats (who often had trouble keeping their dinners down), three rambunctious dogs, the comings and goings of several crowds of autumn party-goers, a sweet 16 party, a couple of New Year's Eve soirees and some on-again, off-again jam sessions with groups of teenage and young adult musicians. Bottom line: we had an excellent 800 square foot test track to work with.

Overall, this cleaner did an excellent job.

Pros:

-Easy assembly. Three screws for the handle, one for the upper hose reel and you're done in less than than 10 minutes. Everything else slides/snaps easily and relatively intuitively into place.

-Detailed user manual and full color quick start guide.

-Good water management system. The water tank consists of an exterior hard plastic tank with an integrated soft inner bladder. You fill the bladder with hot top water, and the cleaning process returns the dirty water into the hard exterior tank (which you empty).

-Cleaned very well. Look: in real life, the difference is never going to be as dramatic as in the marketing pictures. But we had some definite problem areas that showed residual staining even after multiple treatments with various cleaners and spot removers. This machine took care of those, as well as some ground-in soiling from where an HVAC crew had worked to replace a heat pump two years ago.

-The cleaning tool extension worked well on carpeted step treads.

Keeping this machine from five stars:

--no real good way to tell when the fresh water bladder is empty (and several times it was empty before I noticed). So you'll need to check often as your work proceeds.

--the tool hose is for use with both furniture and stairs. As a stair tool, it's only long enough to reach about halfway up/down a typical 13-step staircase, so you'll have to plan your work accordingly. Expect to either carry it over your freshly cleaned --but not yet dry-treads (or carry it all the way around the exterior of your house if you have exits at both levels).

Finally: this ships with enough Bissell 2X concentrate cleaning solution to fill the reservoir (in a water/cleaner mix) one time. My local Wal-Mart doesn't carry this, but does carry a 2x concentrate for carpet cleaners by Resolve; the Resolve brand is marked for use with Bissell cleaners and works just fine (even though the user guide says "Bissel brand cleaner only). Just make sure you have enough hand when you start. I got about 800 square feet of carpet cleaning with a single reservoir fill-up. FYI, the Bissell product has slight citrus scent when first applied; it rapidly dissipates.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Well, this is one of those mixed bags it certainly fulfills it main function as advertised, but anything else ranges between annoying and downright unacceptable.

Let's start with the positive aspects:

The Bissell effectively removes even very tough stains, spills, dried in mud and so on from carpets; we have small kids, so the carpets usually have a mixture of chocolate, milk, crayola color, mud, dirt, squashed blueberries, and all kinds of other things in them after a while. This all is not a problem for the Bissell to remove completely a job normally done in our house by professional carpet cleaners (quite) regularly.

That's it. Nothing more positive everything else about this thing sucks.

I am only listing the most major annoyances, design flaws, and handling problems here I already spent way too much time on this thing to write about every little detail that generates hassle and frustration ...

First and foremost, after cleaning the carpet, you need to clean the Bissell for which you basically have to disassemble the whole unit, to get the dirt out of all the numerous nooks and crannies. And some of those are virtually inaccessible, so you spend easily twice the time trying to remove the dirt from the Bissell than it took this thing to remove if from your carpet.

Then, it runs through the cleaning solution like there was no bottom to the tank. This will get very expensive, if you plan to clean more than the occasional spill with it.

Then there is the issue with filling the water tank it has a very narrow opening, and since it is so long, it is next to impossible to do that in the sink. So you have have to do that in the bathtub every time.

Then, of course, to clean this thing, you also have to use the bathtub, because it will not fit in the sink. Too bad, that during the cleaning of a regular carpet, so much of the carpet finds its way into the Bissell, in form of clusters of "carpet hair", that it will invariably clog your bathtub when you clean it there. So, better hose it down outside in the garden good luck with that during the winter months.

Furthermore, the much touted Surround Suction functionality is a mere advertising gag it does not add any benefit to the cleaning function, and the same goes for the hand tool, which just does not generate much suction at all.

To sum it up if you are patient enough to accept all the big and little flaws of this Bissell, you will get a machine that effectively cleans even the most hesitant dirt out of the carpet. But I have neither the time nor the inclination to put up with that kind of annoyances I'd rather give the money to a professional cleaning service once in a while and have no hassle with it.

Honest reviews on BISSELL PROheat 2X Pet Deep Cleaning System, Blue Illusion, 9200P

Once I decided to buy a carpet shampooer, I started reading the reviews and saw there were some mixed ones about the Bissell Proheat 2X Pet Deep Cleaning System. Of utmost concern for me was the ability of the shampooer to adequately clean up after my black laborador. Great dog, but an absolute shedding machine!

First time I used the Bissell Pro Heat, it worked like a charm. No problems as some of the other reviews indicated and as expected, I got wads and wads of black dog hair to show for my efforts and a delightfully fresher apartment. For two days. At that point, a completely-out-of-character case of intestinal distress struck the dog and she began leaving the Bissell and me with all kinds of challenges. Over the following week, I had multiple opportunities to use the Bissell and I can safely say the Bissell Pro Heat 2X Pet System continued to come through like a champ; after a couple times taking it apart and putting it back together for cleaning purposes, I'm kind of a champ at that, too, I guess. The only hangup I have had is with the brush assembly which has a two belt system--one large and one small. Never have figured out how to get the small belt back on, but it seems to work on just the larger belt.

I am quite satisfied with this machine; for anyone buying it, just read the directions, read the reviews and work with it a little. (and try not to let the small belt come off.)

We had an old canister-style Bissell steam cleaner and wanted one of the newer upright vacuum-style ones. I choose the Bissell Pro Heat 2x Pet. It's so much easier to use than our old one. You fill up a bladder in a tank. Fill the bladder with hot water and as it cleans, the dirty water goes in the plastic tank around the bladder which contains the clean water. There's a smaller tank in the back that the cleaning solution goes in. Just pull a trigger and the Bissell sprays water and cleaner, the vacuum sucks it back up with the dirt. You can use it either for floor cleaning or through the hand tool to use on upholstery and stairs.

It does a great job! You can see the dirt being sucked up. It's amazing how dirty carpets can be that look relatively clean.

The only downside that I've experienced is that the water and cleaning solution doesn't last very long. I have a small area of carpet to clean and I have to refill the water and cleaning solution once while I clean. It's not hard to do but if you had a lot of carpet to clean, be prepared to refill the tanks at least a couple of times.

The ease of use is very good. Fill your tanks and press your trigger to spray the water/cleaning solution and vacuum like you would with any vacuum. It is much heavier and bulkier to move around than a regular vacuum but it rolls easy and works well.

My carpets are clean and smell fresher so I'm definitely pleased with my purchase.

Was very challenging to put together--definitely needs two people to do it right. When finally got together, it looks really pretty and puts out reasonable amount of heat, but not enough to warm a large space. It holds a average size TV and VCR, so it both practical in addition to being pretty. Nice size--works well in a small room. Rich cherry color looks nice with the black accent.
