This heater which I use at the office has been nick-named R2D2 by my office mates (guess why). It is a lot bigger than I thought it would be standing almost 2 feet high. Temperature settings are only in centigrade and the thing turns off before reaching the desired temperature and has to be reset to get it going again. The resetting is an inconvenient process. The timer can only be set for 1 hour intervals. I don't like the damn thing. I might give it away and by another type of more user friendly heater.

This is an relatively expensive fan and it does have the necessary safety features to be allowed by fire code in our office that is a good thing. But the heater will turn off at a certain point and never turn on again. The oscillation features makes it heat up and smell like it is malfunctioning. Also, the fact that the temperature is only in Celsius just makes it confusing and harder to use than it should be. First, the ambient temperature never came even close to what I set (reached 80.2f and it was set at 86.0f). Also, the manual says the fan is supposed to always stay on while the heater turns on and off. The fan turned on and off with the heater. Returned mine for a refund so I can get a better-working one.
