I was looking for a timer for my oil heater that also makes my hot water, during the summer we only use it for hot water 20-30 minutes a day so there was no need to burn oil all day. With this I can have it shut off in a short time, but also put it on the HOLD feature during the winter months for heat. Item works exactly as one would expect. It arrived timely and was packaged correctly.
