I've been using the Eurodib 110v Induction Cooker for about six months and am happy with it. I have a Jenn-Air propane cooktop that is unstable at low temps, cooking delicate items such as eggs on it is difficult. So I purchased the Eurodib. The Eurodib give a very consistent heat output with my magnetic pans.
It has two modes, "Heat" & "Temp"
Temp has 10 settings in 30 deg. increments from 150 to 450 deg.
Heat has 10 settings from 1 to 10.
The unit defaults to "Heat" when it is switched on, then you can switch to "Temp". I usually use "Temp" because it is more intuitive to boiling water (at 212 degrees, for example).
The Eurodib boils water much faster than my 1100 watt microwave and I was fortunate that the teapot is magnetic. Not so lucky with the KitchenAid pots and pans that I thought would have been magnetic. Unfortunately they are the cheaper non-magnetic versions.
Recommend checking your intended cookware with a magnet if you want to use it with any induction cooktop. I had enough cast iron and magnetic SS cookware to get by, whew!
Rated 4 stars, I'd give it 5 stars if it had smaller increments than 30 degrees.
