Have used this for over a month and it works as expected. The noise is alot less than my old space heater but it can be heard, I would compare it to the air blowing through a central air vent.

This is a great oscillating electric heater. Heated up my office quickly, has all the basic settings (e.g. you can set an automatic minimum temp), and isn't too loud. Takes up a bit of space but isn't too much of an eyesore. Delivery etc was quick.

The 1st one I got had no remote. Sent it back for a new one and still no remote. Sent that one back for a full refund. The fan itself seemed to work ok. Didn't get a chance to use it for long. Also wish it was taller. Had to put it on a table.
