Beautiful for what its for. I mean, I bought it for the intention of catching wayward burning embers.This thing is much nicer than I thought it was going to be. Better than the image presented here. We bought this rug for our family room fireplace. Love the long length and the quality of its construction. Its a heavy rug which does not move on the carpet and which does not curl up on the ends like the cheap hearth rugs. I would highly recommend it or if need be, buy another one.
