I fell in love with this at first sight, unfortunately the color is not antique white. It is more of an antique yellow. A canary yellow to be exact and the mahogany slates are not mahogany but black. I would have never purchased this color or have even given it a second thought had I seen it in true color. It's still a beautiful piece but just a warning to those who are really hoping for a mahogany and antique white fireplace.

It is beautiful well constructed and is an addition to the master bedroom remodel that really brings the room the warmth and comfort feeling we were seeking. The fact that it is alcohol burning means it is a safe alternative and with kids in the house that is a HUGE selling feature.
