The heat wire works, but the breaker doesn't fit any American breaker boxes, the thermostat doesn't fit any electrical boxes and is next to impossible to program and the foil tape is so thin and poorly made it is basically useless. This product is made for sale in another country, repackaged in english, and sold in the US.

Looks like a no brainer to install but haven't gotten to that step yet in the remodeling job. With no mat, it will take longer to lay it out, but with the savings over the easier method, we feel it was a good purchase. As retired people with a fixed income, we are always interested in the most economical choice.The product came in two days and packaged well.
