Arrived in a timely manner, consistent with other orders placed through the Amazon website. Within 3 weeks, the item failed to properly operate, and when I contaced the seller, he was less than cooperative in attempting to rectify the order. Upon contacting Amazon directly, I received a credit to my account for the full price. It has been some years since I wrote this review, and I know not how things change over time, with respect to either products, or suppliers. I would prefer to remove this review, as I cannot attest as to its accuracy at this time, but I do not know how to do so.

Timer came a day earlier than expected and installation was easy. No problems No complaints! I will check out this supplier the next time I need parts.

Other than the multi-fit aspect of this timer it is just fine. Had to take my old timer out first to look at the original wire placement and color coding to determine which way to wire new timer, but it was pretty easy to figure out. there is really not to many ways to wire the new one.

The problem was 1 of two parts. Unfortunately, I ordered this one first and it did not fix the problem. Look for black residue around the Cold Control Thermostat and that will be the bad part. Good deal on this part though.

They shipped fast. It fit fine. They included all needed instructions. Only problem is that it quit working nine months later.
