I bought this for my husband for our anniversary, and he just loves it. We found out that you have to make sure the machine is level. We didn't have it level and the popcorn did not pop good. When we realized we had to level it the popcorn popped excellent and is very good. The smell in the house from the popcorn popping is wonderful. Just bought this product in July and now it is the beginning of October and it has already quit heating and won't pop, pop corn and the off switch for the heating element quit working. And I cannot figure out how to get this issue resolved.do not buy this product
