Apparently they still have this problem. I had assumed they had fixed it by now. I can't imagine why they haven't. They are sending people the WRONG PRODUCT. I actually didn't mind the different heater they sent so I just kept it. Heater works great, the only-fan feature not as well... it really doesn't blow much air.
