We purchased this after years of buying firewood, hauling ashes and having the chimney draw in cold air. This item fit perfectly in our fireplace and works great. We've gotten many compliments on it and enjoy it immensely. I would give it five stars if it had a little longer electrical cord.

very satisfied with product, flame looks very realistic. heater works well although blower does not blow really hard, but it is quiet. it heats the room good enough as a supplement to the furnace when needed. would happily buy again.Best Deals on Fixed Front 23 in. Their customer service was outstanding. The look is very, very nice. But I had to do my own replace a part on the first day.I have tried two other manufactures,similar units but they all make too much noise. If the room is quite, you can hear the motor...very annoying. But it does look nice with the TV on.
