I bought it for my bathroom because its not well insulated. It worked fine for the first three months but then it stopped. Only used it for a hour a day heating up a small space and it die. Plug it in and the light lights up but the heater does not put out hot air. Regretted wasting money.

I received this heater for Christmas for my home office. The room is 12 x 16 and it is the last room in the house to get heat. It is usually 10 degrees colder than other rooms. This heater is extremely well made and sturdy. It took me a few times to find the setting I wanted to warm the room to the temperature I wanted but it has maintained it perfectly since then. I highly recommend this heater if you want one that makes very little noise and prefer a low profile instead of the radiator look.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program Our girls' room is approximately 120 square feet and is easily the coldest room in the house. We've tried radiator type oil heaters but they're so slow to heat up that it's hard to change the room temp in a pinch. We thought we'd try a baseboard heater, being mindful that with toddler/crawlers the heater can't be on when the kids are on the move. Some observations:
The plastic feels cheap and the knob is flimsy.
The heater doesn't appear to kick in unless the room temp drops lower than the setting.
The heat elements never turn red, but it does get very hot to the touch.
On high, there's a distinctive low thrumming/buzzing sound. Tolerable.
It's not as long as I thought it would be, so it's pretty much good for a bedroom, but not much else.
I'd buy this again if it were priced right, but just make sure you get it for the right sized space, probably about half of what the recommended space allowance should be.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This heater releases a good amount noh heat and warms my sons smallish room decently. The problem is that it says not leave it near drapes, furniture, etc. This makes sense, but 3 feet? That's a foot circle. So,I have to keep it in the middle of his room, and it just doesn't look great there, and I have to put it away every morning. It is certainly inconvenient. The grill also gets pretty hot, easily burning you when it has been in use for a while, so be careful. At just over 5000 btu's, it puts out a nice amount of heat, easily warming my sons dormer room, which is not well insulated....of course, it hasn't gotten REALLY cold yet, but I think it will do a nice job, even when temperature really drops. I like the options, of time and temperature, though I just keep it at 75 degrees. What is also nice is that it does not dry out his room. We have forced air heat in the house, and that really dries things up. This makes it much more comfortable for him. I do worry that he might get burned if he wakes up and walks into it (even though it is not in has path to walk out of his room). Since he is 10, I am not so concerned, but I wouldn't leave it in my 8 year old's room, as she tends to walk around a lot. It is perfect for heating a small room without drying it out, just be careful not to keep it anywhere near anything, as it gets so hot that it could be potentially dangerous.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This is a nice heater, not great, but okay. It has multiple temperature settings; the highest setting is 75°. The heater also has a timer with multiple settings, allowing you to set the timer as a safety measure. The unit produces enough heat if you're right on top of it, but definitely takes some time to warm up a room. I think the addition of a fan would help distribute the heat faster, and more evenly. I know baseboard heat doesn't usually come with a fan, but it still would be a nice feature. Not a bad unit for the price, but there are other options you may want to look at before choosing this one.
