I have to say that this product surprised me. I usually have problems with all things electronic, but this frother/heater was so easy to use that it almost makes the directions that come with it useless...ALMOST!
The outside as you can see is a lovely easy to clean, slick and shiny high gloss steel, the interior is nice slippery non-stick surface. The lid has a fitting inside to hold whichever of the whisks you aren't using at the moment. This is perfect so that you don't loose the tiny pieces. It has two different whisks one that makes heated milk with a small amount of foam and the other makes a stiffer froth and will do both heated and cold froth. This is perfect for both winter and summer beverages.
It has a nice length cord so you don't have to keep it snugged up to a plug. It takes about the same amount of time to froth your milk as it does to make a cup of Keurig coffee...maybe a bit longer. ( the frothing time is about 65 to 140 seconds depending on which whisk you choose) but not long enough for your coffee to get cold. With the lid in place any froth you haven't used stays fresh and fluffy, but of course not warm, for several hours in the fridge.
I tried this product with several different kinds of milk from skim mild to full fat milk, (of course full fat works the best) as well as frothing the non-dairy creamers such as International Delight. So you can imagine my glee when I found that it works perfectly with the flavored creamers. I am in coffee heaven and can not wait for the weather to get colder to begin experimenting.
Cleaning is a breeze, simply pull off the whisk you've used and rinse the jug with hot soapy water, rinse clear then dry with a non-abrasive paper towel or soft cloth. Do the same with the dirty whisk.
The directions that come with this are clear and concise. They have large enough print so those who have vision problems shouldn't have problem reading them. The pictures are quite large, descriptive and easy to follow.
If I have any complaints at all is that the fill lines inside the jug are a little difficult to see. However, once you know where they are it becomes easy to figure out just how much milk/creamer to use for your method
The directions booklet even has some recipes inside for using both kinds of whisks and for hot AND cold froth but remember to experiment.
Try to let the jug cool down about 2 minutes in between batches or rinse with cool water in between batches or the frother could stop working temporarily. I am so hooked and thrilled that I don't have to travel several miles a day to get a 'special' coffee fix now.*sample provided by manufacturer*

The Cuissential Milk Frother is just like having a Starbucks in your kitchen without the expense. I've had more fun with this machine whipping up everything from a simple cappuchino to a latte macchiato. Operation is almost intuitive, but not quite. After reading the directions I was good to go in about two minutes. This little gem is good for making a macrofoam, hot or cold that is perfect for all those recipes I always wanted to try, but not pay for in a pricey coffee shop or café. FYI, the macrofoam lasts for quite a while left in the milk container, an especially nice feature if you're not interested in the temperature.
It's perfect for frothed milk either hot or cold. There are indication marks on the inside of the milk container that take the guesswork out of measurement. The two levels are a maximum level for frothed milk and one for heated with a small amount of froth. This is what you see in the cup in the video. There are two disks, a whisk for frothing milk and one for heating and mixing. The spare is stored beneath the transparent lid. There are a lot of safety features built in to the machine. For example, if you pick up the milk container when the frothing is in progress it will stop.
When you press the button on the front you simply scroll up to get the setting you want. The beauty of this machine is that it can be used for either cold or hot beverages. I definitely like the versatility because if I want I can make everything from an iced latte in the summer to hot chocolate on a cold, wintry night. It's really as easy as one, two, three. Put your milk in, place your selection, and wait until it's done. The sleek, stainless look is gorgeous and will fit most kitchen decors and has a relatively small footprint.

Best Deals on Cuissential Deluxe Automatic Milk Frother and Heater, Cappuccino
The Cuissential Deluxe Milk Frother and Heater has a classic modern design that recalls Bauhaus holloware, rendered in polished stainless steel. In a minute or less, it produces a perfectly even microfoam, either hot or cold, for a beautiful cup of cappuccino or other coffee or cocoa beverage with milk. The jug lifts easily off the base and has a heavy-duty non-stick interior with fill lines for frothed (115 cc) or heated-only milk (250 cc). The lid is transparent with a silicone gasket that fits tightly but removes easily. The power cord is also heavy-duty and about 27 in. long. The heating mechanism is UL-rated for safety.
There are two attachments, a whisk for foam and a stirrer for evenly heating milk without foam. There are two LED indicators, blue for stirring only and red for heating. Press the soft-touch power button for hot milk and hold it down for a second to stir without heating. There is a soft whirring and then the LED flashes when it's ready.
The milk protein provides the structure for the foam. Skim milk makes the finest foam but whole milk has a creamier taste and mouthfeel. I normally buy 2% low-fat milk and it strikes a good balance.
To get all the foam out and also preserve the non-stick finish, either swish a little coffee around the jug or else use a silicone mini-spatula or feeding spoon.
When making several batches of heated milk, clean the jug with a soapy sponge or dishrag between uses to avoid building up a film of cooked milk.
This automatic milk frother and heater from Cuissential is superior to manual or electric stick frothers because it heats the milk to the correct temperature, produces an excellent foam, and is so quick and easy and fun to use.
