I bought this item for my wife. It shipped and arrived very fast. She tested the temperature of the cabi and it was perfect! We are amazed by the high quality of the free towels. They are so soft and plush. Usually, when an item is free, you don't get that high quality.

i love this towel warmer! small enough to fit in my esthetic room (i thought it would be a little smaller, but still fits where i want it to), heats up super fast, and the towels are so soft and a nice, smaller size than i'm used to. i recommend using the tongs if you are used to a larger warmer as i burned my finger the first time i pulled out a hot towel. My only complaint is that it stinks! weird chemical/fishy smell probably from adhesive, but i imagine that will diminish over time. overall, great product esp for the price. also, uv light works perfectly

the product performs well. the stickers have come off, i assume the heat melted the adhesive. but, so far it works great!
