My expectations for this item were not met at all. It does not get hot enough to even keep the liquid warm. Dosent matter what setting you use, it just didnt work for me. I am very disappointed with it.

This unit is quite underpowered for my taste. At best it keeps a cup of coffee above ambient temp. My advice would be to find a higher wattage unit.

I bought this because I liked the hi/low temperature feature. Unfortunately, the high level does not even come close to keeping coffee warm, and the low setting is equally useless. It's unfortunate, but the warmer is now stuck in a drawer.

This beverage warmer does not keep the coffee hot, even on high setting. I will not purchase another one. My husband has to warm his coffee in the microwave.
