This unit was a replacement for a previous different model heater which lasted many years. It is easy to use, the lid is solid, and the pump is quiet. The adjustable temperatures are convenient. The only thing that could be improved is to be able to shut off the beeps that occur after the water is ready to be used following a refill. It is Ok during the day, but not necessary at night. It is possible to delay the heating with a timer, which then also of course delays the beeps to the next morning.

I bought this model a year ago. Love the convenience of getting hot water any time. However, half a year later, there seemed to be some corrosion spots on the bottom. Now, the spots are more prominent and are rusty. The thought of drinking water with rust in it does not seem safe to me.
