this is a good herbal medicine cooker. the only thing I don't like is if you put in a big pot of herbal medicine which fills near the top, you will likely also add more water, and it will take a very long time like 3 to 4 hours to cook the medicine. if you fill your medicine only half way up inside, then it will take about 1 hour to cook. being electric with self timer helps a lot when I want to go out, and not have to watch it.

I literally can't live without this herbal cooker. I brew herbs 12 out of 14 days and was trying to do it in a stainless steel pot on the stove. The Herbal Medicine Cooker brews the herbs so well that I only have to drink 1/3 of a cup 3 times a day instead of 1 cup 3 times a day. It is totally automatic, so I just have to check the indicator lights now and then and can continue doing other things without worrying.

For a healthy life, don't eat any western medicine because they are not natural.
