I am very glad I bought this lunch box.I have no access to a microwave at work and now I can heat up my food and have my dinner hot or warm.I like my food hot so I plug it in for 50 to 60 minutes and it gets hot just like I want.This is a great lunch box.

I like this heating lunch box, esp. since it works on 110v AC. It takes awhile, but that is really no problem.
